In the center of Albufeira we offer 5 nice apartments. These single-storey apartments are located on the ground floor of Villa Victória, in a green oasis of peace, in the São João district. The apartments are equipped with a private front door, a kitchen (equipped with refrigerator, electric hob, microwave and dining area) in open connection with the living room, SMART-television, WIFI internet, sleeping area with comfortable beds and a bathroom with bath. Each apartment has a private terrace, accessible through patio doors. The large swimming pool and the sun loungers in the shared garden are used by all residents of villa Victrória. In addition, we can take care of the trip to or from the airport. You can live here wonderfully, but also work!

- Apartment 64A:
- For a maximum of 2 adults + 1 child, with a terrace on the east side, total area 38m2.
- Apartment 64B:
- For a maximum of 2 adults + 3 children, with a terrace on the southeast side, total area 44m2.
- Apartment 64C:
- For a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children, with a terrace on the south side, total area 40m2.
- Apartment 64D:
- For a maximum of 2 adults, with a terrace on the southwest side, total area 32m2.
- Apartment 64E:
- For a maximum of 2 adults, with a terrace on the west side, total area 32m2.
Hibernate
We offer you a comfortable wintering; While it is cold and wet in northern Europe, you will experience the pleasure of warmth (19 to 23 degrees in winter), a lot of daylight, low humidity and little rain. A warm and sunny winter climate is a remedy for many physical and mental complaints.

Throughout the year we offer in Villa Victória a well-facilitated living & working environment, focused on Digital Nomads. There is fast internet, so that your work or business and your social contacts can continue, while you can enjoy sun, sea and conviviality every day.
Everything is nearby
Villa Victória is just a few minutes walk from the beach ‘Praia da Oura’. The famous Strip is just around the corner, with its many cafes and nightclubs, but also a particularly varied range of restaurants in all price ranges. But the Algarve has much more to offer; such as various golf courses, charming villages, beautiful walking routes through nature and along the red rocky coast. The Algarve has a lot to offer for all ages and groups!
Faro Airport is located at a distance of 40 km. Between Albufeira and Faro there are several large shops and international companies. Cities such as Lisbon (250 km away) and Porto (530 km away) are easily accessible by car or public transport. The southern Spanish coast is located at a distance of 90 km from Albufeira.

In Albufeira there are several companies active incar, scooter and motorcycle rental. We can put you in touch (without obligation) with a local rental company.
Rental conditions and house rules
The apartments are considered as a rented regular self-catering house, not as tourist rooms. Our house rules apply, with which we guarantee peace and privacy for all guests.
Durability
This international living concept originated from the motives for a respectful approach to people and the environment, as we have also realized in our Dutch companies; In 2015, we were recognized by Dutch Social Enterprise as sustainable entrepreneurs, because social added value was successfully pursued and continuously improved. In 2017 we became a participant in the project Captains of sustainability, supported by municipalities and provinces, because at the time as sustainable entrepreneurs we did not want to be followers but trendsetters. In that year we installed a wind turbine and realized an installation of 37 solar panels, with which we could generate more than 50% of the energy consumption of our companies by ourselves. We continue this vision on sustainability in Villa Victória; The heating installations arelow emission systems, our hot water comes from the solar panels on the roof of the villa, for local transport we take the bicycle instead of a car.
About us
We are Miranda Hendriks, Vivian Blansjaar, and Xana Durão Dias, and together with our boxer Nova, we took over the management (and everything that entails) of the apartments from the Bouwman family on November 1, 2025. Miranda is married to Vivian, and Xana is Miranda's daughter. How it all started: In 2024, we stayed at Villa Victória for a few months with the goal of seeing how we would like potentially working and living in Portugal. Miranda, however, already had a head start. She had been coming to Portugal with her family since she was a child and as a "young lady" with her parents and brother, she had already lived there for a few years. Xana, as her surname suggests, has a Portuguese father and thus a love for Portugal from an early age! For Vivian, it was, with the exception of a holiday in Portugal, the first time, but we liked it so much that we decided that Portugal would become our new homeland. During our stay at Villa Victória and our pleasant contact with Pieter and Kirsten, we shared our wishes and plans. You already know the outcome! We are grateful for this wonderful opportunity from Pieter and Kirsten and for the trust they have placed in us in taking care of Villa Victória. We are ready to welcome you as our guests!
